    • The intensity of the practice usually causes physical and mental changes. It is recommended to take extra care of rest, hydration and nutrition.

    • It is normal to experience soreness of the body and muscles, increase in body temperature or an upset stomach during the second or third week of practice. These are the primary indicators of the physiological changes that take place in the body (especially for someone who is new to the practice).
So, it is important to practice in a manner that leads to positive changes in the body. We expect the practitioner to attend practice during such times and inform the teacher before the class begins. In time the practitioner will be able to differentiate between positive and negative change.
